Jefferson obliterates explicitly that, ‘all men are created equal, and it is there are certain rights that the government should never violate. ’ Therefore the discussion aims to conceptualize the main ideologies that are highlighted by Jefferson in the text Declaration of Independence. The tenets of the declaration of independence revolve around the essentials of humanity and the right to pursue happiness and liberty. Most importantly, Jefferson banks on separation of colonies from the foreign nations and the reason behind independence. According to Jefferson, all rights are given to human beings by God, and no one has the mandate to violate those rights. Moreover, Jefferson also borrows a lot from other legendary writers and books in his quest to explain his point of view.
