Power can increase stereotyping

Participants in this activity will include both the managers and the subordinate staffs. Thesis statement In this research, participants are going to be presented with stereotype inconsistent and stereotype consistent information and the targets will be both dealing in-group and outgroup. This research will require various steps towards identifying if really power can increase stereotyping or not. The main method that will be used includes identifying of participants, gathering of necessary materials to be used, the procedure used to identify is stereotyping can be increased with power and finally gathering results of the research. Hypothesis 1. At times it leads to superiority and misuse of power hence destroying good work relationship between the subordinate and senior staffs at the workplace. Additionally, the research conducted stereotyping does not only lead to racial groupings but it also causes ethnicity among different employees.
