While reviewing the planning and preparation process, I observed that both teachers provided for the learners with the required skills, which showed an understanding of the subject matter. There was successful integration of the Learning Standards of New York State as both had relevant objectives to the subject matter. The assessment methods employed in each of their classes were good as they ensured that; learners received constructive, specific, and timely feedback on their progress. When it came to plans for active engagement and differentiation, the teachers showed differentiation skills by connecting content, process, and products, while the students actively engaged in learning process.
