The paper will evaluate the implementation process and how it created an effective organization. Organizational change involves different things and that is why executives and employees meet to discuss the purpose of change. The meeting is very important as managers and employees are able to evaluate the strategic renewal, the behavior aspect and the motivational methods (Cameron & Robert 76). Before discussing and implementing the change, the Blue Cloud manager was interested in evaluating the behavioral change with respect to performance improvement.
