Implementation of new processes or projects in an institution is easily carried out using this model. The planning, testing, and feedback mechanisms in the model allows an organization to fix the snags and to improve the new process at the implementation stage without risking all the resources used in the project. The model is also useful where processes have to be checked for progress. The checking stage of the process ensures that the processes which have been adopted are checked if they are an improvement from the old processes before they are fully adopted (Lodgaard, 2012).
