In most cases, different employees react differently to the same problem, so some personal knowledge of each employee is also crucial (Wallensteen, 2015). For one I try to give as much support as I can to the employee undergoing the issue in regards to how grave it is. Since they work as nurses, I like to ensure that they are in the right headspace as they deal with patients. This would mean that they aren’t as bothered by their personal problems to the point that it may cause a problem for them or the patients they are dealing with. I offer as much mentorship as possible and also try to put myself in their shoes. It is also key to note the type of problem before administering the special treatment.

For instance, a mother that got divorced and had full custody of her children may need lesser shifts but could need more of them due to the fact that she has to spend time with her children and at the same time be able to cater for them financially. The detailing of the problem is the key instrument to helping them during their tough times. In conclusion, organization conflict resolution has been considered as an effective way of managing organization problems within the workplace. If solved effectively, the solving of an organization’s problems may be viewed as an effective approach, and as such, the focus should be more on the problems and how they can be solved effectively despite the role that one has to take.
