On the other hand, the public health as healthcare system operating in our country is defined as the system mandated with the tasks of putting into practice the concepts outlined in the public health. Precisely, as a healthcare system, it is responsible for initiating healthcare projects, services and institutions that seek to promote the overall well-being of the community. Therefore, what defines the public health as a system is the structures and operations that have been put in place by our government in a quest to better the health care services for all residents within our country. In addition, as a health system operating in my country, the public health has been defined in regard to how it supports the health of all individuals in all communities.

This has been achieved by reducing health inequalities, promotion of health for all communities as well as ensuring that all implemented healthcare projects work and operate as they were designed to (Sorenson et al. Lastly, violence plays its role in public health in the essence that communities which are exposed to violence are prone to more public health issues. Therefore, the efforts being directed towards communities prone to violence need to be immense and more restrictive policies to curb violence. Violence in public health can be sexual, physical, youth, warfare and even child maltreatment. The healthcare systems in my country have therefore been designed to cover up and take care of all this violence (Sorenson et al. What are the major goals for public health and how have these goals evolved to what they represent today? Public health in my country has a number of goals that it seeks to achieve in the course of promoting the healthcare of the community.
