Management is diversified into the behaviour of individuals in teams and groups in organisations. According to the research much emphasis is given to competiveness, identity, motivation, corporate entrepreneurship and growth. Management and organisation’s behaviour is dependent on the organisational behaviour to succeed. Just as any discipline, management can prove to be challenging to some employees. Dealing with management problems can be challenging at times. The organisational behaviour also applies to the manager. The manager needs to understand that his or her behaviour also influences their business results as well as possible loss of talents because of his actions. When managers are motivated themselves they spread the energy and positivity to their workers. Emotional and strict managers create fear and tension in the places of work hence most employees feel threatened with how they relate.
