The unsuccessful scheme gives a humbling illustration to modern-day advocates of ethnic fairness. It was not until 1946 that the Southerners struggle to resist the efforts to change the assembly’s exclusive law as a first line of vindication. For instance, the black people were now recognized by the Southern white people, the Southern African-American were now allowed to vote and hold both local and national offices, they were allowed to access to good education, recreational facilities and land3.
