They consist of chronic high blood pressure, preeclampsia-eclampsia, preeclampsia that is superimposed on chronic high blood pressure and gestational high blood pressure. Chronic hypertension occurs whilst the blood stress exceeds a hundred and forty/ninety mm Hg that occurs before pregnancy or about twenty weeks to gestation. The new set of high blood pressure results past twenty weeks of gestation determines the consideration as well as exclusion of preeclampsia. The rate at which preeclampsia takes place in several pregnancies is approximately three to six percent. It takes place frequently, especially for the first time pregnancies. One concern that can be raised about the validity of the research is that best practice recommendation are needed in order to ensure that clinicians are able to take care of all women with preeclampsia and other forms of hypertension that takes place during pregnancy.

Women experiencing severe hypertension and the superimposed preeclampsia ought to be taken care properly to avoid an increased in the mortality rate. Continued emphasis and funding need to be provided to researchers dealing with preeclampsia and other hypertensive disorders. Limited data collection procedures can cause strategies in a longitudinal research to limit internal validity. The use of longitudinal and nonexperimental causal models helps to reduce threats to the validity of a study. It is used in social sciences, education, and psychology. Statistical conclusion validity ensures that the experimental conclusion of a given study is empirical. It describes how reliable that a conclusion of a study is.
