It was established that infection control programs in the rural healthcare settings are under-resourced and there were inadequate numbers f trained personnel and limitations in essential supports Guiding questions To guide my research, I formulated clinical questions below using PICO (Patient, Intervention, Comparison, and Outcome) format; P-In patients prone to infections, I- how is the appropriateness infection controls as C-compared to healthcare in other settings The community search aimed to estimate the overall and infection-related ailments survival, quality of life, absence of complications related to the relevant disease and the adverse events related to therapy. I prepared the relevant materials and first conducted thorough research on hospital-based infection control and preventive measures. Using the key term "hospital-based infections" in a number of search engines displayed three guidelines which included the percentage of patients with acquired infections within hospital settings, common types of such infections, control programs, and routine practices that can help contain the infections.

Such included access to computers and clinical laboratory support. The previous restructuring of the health care settings has had an impact on the infection control rendering the practice vulnerable. The most Common healthcare facility based acquired infections includes urinary tract infections and respiratory infections associated with intravascular cannulas where three cases were reported in the previous two weeks. The most common healthcare based pathogens include methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and the vancomycin-resistant enterococci.
