Large organizations usually use this procedure to undertake various activities for proper coordination. In this process Hardware devices are connected and software are used where a platform is created in which people can undertake a common goal. Collaborative technologies connects people within a wide range of distance in order to undertake a common task. In this case a lot of time is saved together with the costs of travel.
