They are provided with all the basic needs they need such as shelter, health care services, food and more interesting they are able to access the internet and practice sports which some innocent citizens lack. They, in addition, put it clear that the innocent citizens are the ones who pay for tax for these criminals to be at their comfort. Jacoby argues that the death penalty will help to solve the tax problem and the money will be used differently to help innocent citizens.
