To be able to comply with this law there are several resources and information that are used. The law also gives patients’ rights on their health information as well as limits and set rules on who can access their health records. In such cases only certain things of the privacy rules are applied. Examples of health care clearing houses are, reprising companies, billing services, information systems and community health management systems.
