Organizational Redesign Student’s Name Institution Professor’s Name Course Date Organizational Redesign Both integration and differentiation played a huge role in CARE in making it achieve its projected targets and goals as envisioned by Dr. Helene Gayle. She understood that for the organization to meet its objective that most of the pre-existing organs of the decentralized unit had to see the need for them to create a unique corporate culture where every section would need to have a different approach altogether. Their tasks would have to be re-looked at. Large size therefore has opposite effect on the administrative component reducing it because of an economy of scale supervision (Blau 2015 p. 203). This eventually made it possible for the organization to achieve its targets. As much as all this was necessary there had to be the ability to be able but to enhance it the construction and availability of adequate growth opportunities for the employees would be a good start. The employee would see there is room for growth and that would spur them on. Regular performance reviews accompanied with rewards for good work done would be a fantastic step in the right direction.
