Yigal worked as an Israeli military intelligence officer while Meyrav was a political scientist in America but was born in Israeli. The organization utilizes various policies that have made it relevant in its field of expertise that involve language translation (“MEMRI”). The paper discusses MEMRI’s vision the mission strategy and analyzes its performance management system appraisal processes and approach to assessing rater’s bias.
