Comparison between Confucius' and Chuang Tzu's Taoism conception and Socrates' on good Historically the oriental and the western philosophers developed a form of isolation from one another. The main reason for this substantial difference is founded on the geographical differences between the oriental and the westernized philosophers. Additionally the work of many ancient Greek philosophers including the Socrates Chuang Tzu as well as the Confucius all show some aspects of conventional ideas as well as concepts (Tweed & Lehman 89). Notwithstanding the fact that they all have similarities the differences created by the oriental and western philosophers are quite distinctive. This essay will therefore focus on the comparison between these three philosophers with Confucius and Chuang Tzu’s conception being compared to the Socrates philosophers. Therefore it is possible to work upon the Socrates and the Taoism as two distinct philosophies which both respected the strife of individuals in the to be equipped with it.
