Justification There are different levels of hospitals and they have different needs of the automated services. There are community hospitals, district hospitals, specialized hospitals and the teaching hospitals and all these require automation for better functioning and delivery of the health care services. Different activities that occurs in the hospital includes diagnosis and consultation by the doctors, provision of the treatment facilities, admission of the patients and their monitoring ,recording of the patient information, generation of the bills, keeping of records of the immunization and keeping of records of the diseases and the medicines which are available for treating such diseases. In many hospitals these roles are performed manually by the receptionists, operational staff and even doctors and this provide for many errors which occur in the delivery of the health services.

There is thus a great need for the automated system which will provide the highest level of accuracy, well organization and planning, reliability, better retrieval of the information and ease of operation and all these justify the need of this project to automate all health system (Davidson Frame, 2014). The project will deliver by affecting the delivery of healthcare services and the advantages that come with the automation provides enough convincing evidence of its acceptance. Accompanied training of the staff on how to use it and proof of other large hospitals that have successfully integrated the automated system and its working effectively is another criterion of acceptance. Educating both the patients and the healthcare staff will enable them to embrace the project and accept it.

Assumptions made in the project are that the hospital management will embrace the project and incorporate it into the hospital management effectively and that the staff to be handling the system will fully accommodate and accept to use. The risk involved in the system includes failure of the system in case of power disruption, failure of the staff to learn effectively how to use it and it may incur more cost to the hospital due to purchasing and maintenance of the system. Variance analysis helps to compare the budgeted values and the actual spending on the project. Cost value reconciliation (CVR) also helps to generate value such that the software to be used will be of the value required to avoid any instance of failure as a result of low-quality software. Encouragement of collaboration through the gamification. According to Currie and Morris, (2017), the use of collaboration strategy is faced with the challenge of cooperation and the stakeholders not communicating effectively such that the internal and external stakeholders present their differences and find it hard to agree on the project development. Opportunities for improvement exists whereby the project manager can foster better communication between the stakeholders to enhance the project planning flow. All the strategies used have provided a better positive outcome in that the planning and maintenance of the budget have been in accordance with the objectives and goals of the project.
