Discussion on Issues Facing the Nursing Staff of a Unit Name Course Introduction In today’s dynamic healthcare environment nurses require a strong leadership to be a guide to other nurses. Leadership in general comprises of several main tasks which are identifying a goal motivation of people to act and providing direction and the motivation necessary to achieve the set goal.
