This is because the knowledge of the organization is derived from its members. According to Foss (2010), “Knowledge sharing is designed to transform individual into organizational knowledge. ” However, cases of negligence and poor performance among the organizations have resulted to poor quality structures. For instance, we have seen structures collapsing just a short period after completion or even when the project is ongoing. All these problems are attributed to the personnel mandated with the construction work. Sharing knowledge brings about shared objectives among all the stakeholders in the project. This is very important regarding steering the vision of the organization of establishing quality structures. Clarity and significance of trust are also very paramount in the delivery of quality structures. “When trust is broken, it can seriously impact performance and may not be easily restored,” Robbins,2005).
