Genetic diversity entails genetic coding elements that make up organisms such as chromosomes, genes, and nucleotides; as well genetic make-up variation between individuals in a populace as well as between populaces. Within this element, individuals make up populations and every individual has a complement of chromosomes which in turn have numbers of genes that have nucleotides. Organismal diversity entails the taxonomic hierarchy inclusive of all its parts such as individuals, species, genera, subspecies, families, phyla, and populations (Gaston, 2019). Most of the components of organismal diversity are best perceived as convenient human constructs for categorizing groups of individuals that are related evolutionarily, however, they often fail to succeed in doing that. For example, there is a debate on the exact number of taxonomic kingdom of organisms.
