When a child is born, the sense of touch becomes even more powerful, and people say that when a kid has skin contact with the mother, it even soothes the child when in pain. The newborn can also see although the distance of objects and color are limited. Researchers say that after eight weeks a baby attains a better color perception and can distinguish various colors.
