Leadership is a broad aspect of business management that involves a myriad of skills related to communication people management and streamlining organizational change to respond to the highly fluctuating environment in the telecommunications industry. Vodafone has managed to achieve this level of leadership quality through implementing an approach to positive leadership culture and governance that is independent of any form of manipulation from stakeholders and any external forces. The leadership effectiveness is drawn from the insistence of the company on certain business principles that all employees are required to adhere to at all times. The company has adopted a leadership strategy termed share and revenues. Another possible growth strategy that the management of Vodafone should consider is to improve the product diversification offered by the company in UK. One of the best innovations that they could introduce is the use of mobile money services as a way of penetrating the market to acquire additional market share. Mobile money is the new trend that has shown positive effect on the telecommunications industry by enabling the ability of customers to access e-wallets through services rendered by telecommunications firms.
