These conditions are on the rise and they result to uncomfortable conditions for the patients and the doctors in charge as they try to adapt to the treatment mode. The evolvement of the chronic renal disease is slowly, and the symptoms are not seen until the advanced stage of the disease. This means that the patients affected only seek medical attention when complications start making the treatment process hectic to both the patient and the professional. It is important to know that when the patients reach the advanced stage of the chronic renal disease, they seek the therapeutic intoner or help as they look for medical and healing care. The cases of the chronic renal illness are also in the rise in many countries.

The researchers conducted their study by during a hemodialysis session, where they conducted individual interviews. They used semi structured questions where they asked about the therapeutic trajectory and the professional health care that were available at different health institutions. These interviews lasted for an hour for every patient. In data analysis, the collective subject disclosure method was used using software qualification. These include simple and cheap tests like urine testing to detect protein. Some of these severe problems could have been solved at the primary care level if noted earlier. They should also heed to the aspects that surround the patient with respect making sure that their relationships professional. Conclusion Majority of the patients of chronic renal illness start their health care in primary level facilities. The behavior usually affects the control of the health due to delay in medical attention and not accepting the disease and treatment by the patient. Even if the initial stages of the disease have no visible symptoms, regular observation should be considered on the group at risk. Nurses should also do their best in monitoring, supporting and helping the chronic renal disease patients.
