We are able to understand the HRM department’s values and mission as a guiding principle for the HRM department and the organization workforce at large. We look at strategic HRM department because it enlightens the learner on the mission and values of the organization at large. It is not possible to have plans when we do not know the strategy. The HRM is supposed to align their mission and values through their strategic plan so as to avoid possible conflict of interest at the end (Human Resource Management, 2016).
