Also, the paper tries to eradicate myth and negatives beliefs that people have on the marriage of people of the same sex. This paper focuses on displaying the challenge faced by children raised by in the form of marriage. On the other hand, the research determines the differences and similarities that exist between the traditional and gay and lesbians type of wedding. The difficulties they go through in the attempt to receive services from the community. Further, this research tries to dig into understanding more about children raised up in the same sex family as well as understanding the social life of same-sex couples. Research documents that children raised by homosexual parents do well socially, emotionally, and educationally as their peers.

Further study shows that children from heterosexual married couples have the lowest rates of grade, but the benefit they have is that mostly this couple has a higher socioeconomic status (Molina & Alarcon, 2015). Children from a different type of family (including children of homosexual couples) are better off than the ones living in orphanages and shelter. Most people today are mature enough and appreciate gay couple and should know better than prejudice and discriminate them but some don't. For example, Sutton, (2016), in his article cited the story of a Hispanic woman who not only disapproved her lesbian marriage but also she refused to talk to her when she learned that her daughter had a child. In summary, despite the limitations to what one study can prove, the data found from different research is as outlined in the context above.
