Organizational Analysis Name: Course: Institution: Description of Organization The Hilton Hawaiian hotel and resort is a resort that offers hospitality and accommodation services. It was developed in 1955 as a middle class hotel offering lodging services (Hilton.com 2018). During the seventy-seven year history Hilton resort has undergone many changes and upgraded from a small hotel to a resort. The advancements included adding single transient clients in their booking schedules. Single transient clients are customers that book rooms per night as individuals. Earlier on the management only allowed groups to make reservations per night. Renovating guest rooms and adding more furnishings was part of the advancement too. Their mission is be among the top hospitality firms that offer advanced quality products and services. Their vision is to retain their clients by maintaining the loyalty customers have in them. The resort was previously managed by Western hotels until the Hilton hotel ensuring that the employees are empowered to deliver the best quality products and services. Creating seminars and boot camps enables employees from different departments within the organization to interact and share tips on how to make the organization a better place to work in.
