A Moral Interview Using Kant’s Theory Name Institutional Affiliation A Moral Interview Using Kant’s Theory Introduction In the moral interview I involved Matthew Thorogood an eighteen-year-old who is not only a schoolmate but also a close family friend. Matthew works at Medivators a medical supplies manufacturer company which is located at 3101 Pollok and 750 Conroe Park in Conroe Texas. Matthew works in the position of a supervisor in the packaging department and his primary role is to ensure that all orders are packed correctly for shipping. The significant purpose of the moral interview with Matthew was to either right or wrong in spite of the theme (Bader 2015). Also Matthew’s selfless nature at his workplace explains Kant’s moral theory which insists that the action of one person should be for the good of other people. I would not do what Matthew did at my place of work because it would cost not only me but also the other person the job. References Bader R. M. (2015). Kant’s theory of the highest good. J.
