Both Management and leadership are working for the general good of the business organisation. All the individuals who are in the managerial positions have leadership functions, and equally, those persons in leadership roles have management duties (Răducan &Răducan, 2014). In an organisation, Management is concerned with path following whereas Leadership is all about how to find those paths to be followed. Managers must at all times ensure that whatever roadmap the Leadership has come up with maintained in the organisation to help realise the desired objectives. It is important to note that in any organisation both the leader and the manager knows the business for which they work. b) Discuss two leadership principles that support organisational values. They are often a reflection of what a company values. The principle, on the other hand, is a fundamental law that governs how organisational goals can be got through proper organisation of people. Organisations work with many different individuals with different personalities possessing varied attitudes, for the success of the organisation a leader must be able to influence this unique attitudes and behaviors to a common objective of the organisation (Renz& Herman,2016). c) Discuss two leadership styles that help achieve organisational objectives. Organisational objectives are specific results that a company aims to achieve within a given time frame and with the company’s available resources. Company's aims are the primary tools that underlie all strategic and or planning activities of the firm. When doing this, a leader must know that risk is increased as the new products may not be embraced by the consumers. However, it must be understood that failures don’t impede in any way the progress, in addition, people derive a lot of satisfaction when they are allowed to be part of the product development by being creative and innovative in line of duty, and the team will feel the atmosphere of respect as every single individual’s ideas are valid (Goetsch& Davis,2014).
