<<Name>> <<Date>> MGMT 483 Microsoft Project Memo Project Selection On our Microsoft project the team decided to tackle the enhancement of standard wireless headphones through improvement of battery. Since most of the wireless headphones require Bluetooth technology to function the battery lifespan is usually shorter approximately two hours of non-stop music play. Although it was not a new innovation the group saw that there was a high demand for such a wireless headphones since it will make it more convenient among users. The project choice was done on the basis of traditional innovation funnel and the evaluation of the innovation was based on the market demand of the product. Through developing various prototype the effectiveness of this project will be determined by the outlay of Microsoft project that indicates various aspects of it. Our team assignment defines clearly the responsibilities of various members and states clear allocation of resources making it easy to understand and avoiding confusion of members and their roles. One of the things that did not went well is the allocation of the work within the five members of the group hence we felt like it would have been more efficient if more workforce should be added especially in the earlier project phases so as to enhance productivity and save on costs. Putting all these factors to consideration I am confident on the performance of our project and I would love to use Microsoft again even on other projects. [...]
