Establishment of another Vegan restaurant near ours in Newfoundland will be a source of threat. Newfoundland`s climate represents a threat to the volume of pedestrians particularly in the winter period. The area experiences winter for a longer period as compared to other seasons. Most customers would be forced to go to cafeterias in shopping malls to avoid the inclimate weather conditions during winter.
