Introduction The purposes of the Code of Ethics for all professional workers are not only to guide them to work through ethical dilemma but also to promote a high standard of work quality and to establish professional behavior and responsibilities (web1). With the framework of Code of Ethics available for all workers it can help unites all the practitioners having common commitments and responsibilities also to help promote a mutually pleasant and productive relationship between the practitioners and clients (web1). In the first part of the paper I will be comparing and contrasting Early Childhood Educators of British Columbia (ECEBC) Code of Ethics Child and Youth Care Association of BC (CYCABC) Code of Ethics and Council of Canadian Child and Youth Care Associations(CCYC) Code of Ethics; and in the second part of paper I will be creating a Code of Ethics for Indigenous Child and Youth Care worker.
