The godfather movie review

He comes into disagreements with one of the other gangsters in the city when they try to lure him into participating in drug trafficking businesses. His refusal leads to him being shot and almost killed, while his sons seek revenge as well as making attempts to secure him from being attacked in the hospital. In the process, Michael agrees to kill sollozzo and his partner in a meeting that they agree to. This raises a lot of issues amongst the criminal families followed by revenge killings that go up to towards the end of the movie. Diversity in this group is displayed under different categories, whereby different people have their different way of thinking while others believe in different things. The Corleone family doesn’t seem to consider age in terms of allocating responsibilities to its members.

Michael is the youngest member of the family but the godfather appoints him as the head of the family. He happens to be given the position due to his brightness and having studied his father’s old-fashioned ways. Physical and mental ability are considered in the movie occasionally. For example, Michael denies his brother the opportunity to go to lass Vegas to negotiate the certain deal about the casino because he might not be able to fight, if by any chance there happened to be war. The issue of family and how families should stick together is seen in the family. At some point, it also shows how some people try to mix business with other personal issues. In summary, I had mixed feelings as in relation to the film.
