There exist IT risk classified under natural disasters that damage the physical components of a computer system. With the advancement of technology, the major risks facing businesses today are artificial intelligence risk and every present security threat involved in these systems (Shacklett, 2012). Artificial intelligence (AI) risk involves the use of computer systems in an organization with the ability to learn over time and improve the operations and functions of the system. Although this may sound like an advantage, and it is, but there is a risk that the AI system may improve to an extent it is out of the control of the administrators of the system and this may render the corporation or institution useless. Security threats vary from the malware that exists from online sources to cybercrime such as hacking.
