[Reflection Paper on Group Presentation] Presented by Student Name Course Professor University Date Reflection on Group Presentation The presentation made by our group was about the marketing of Kylie lipsticks from Kylie cosmetics. We divided the performance into three sections. The choice to present on Kylies lipstick was necessitated by the fact that it is not majorly used by the ladies in the university. The other lipstick lines like Victoria secret are well known and commonly used in the institution. Kylie lipstick line therefore was the best choice that would truly test our marketing skills. In the first section of the presentation we highlighted the history of Kylie lipstick from Kylie Cosmetics. By using power point slides we elaborated how Kylie came up with the lipstick line. We informed the audience that what motivated Kylie to come up with her own lipstick line was that she could not find the my public speaking skills such as maintaining eye contact. According to Schiefelbein (2017) making eye contact can be tough when it comes to public speaking but one can achieve it by first scanning the foreheads then slowly to the eyes. Last but not least the presentation was fairly done but I have learned that adequate research rehearsal and excellent public speaking skills are all essential to the success of a presentation. Notably the group work helped me to identify my strengths which are research skills and the teamwork spirit.
