From the film, it is evident that the pharmaceutical industry has become so sickening that the industry is no longer up to meeting the health needs of the public but rather after making money. Anyone who cares about their health should consider watching the documentary because from the evidence presented in the video, it appears that the drug industry has gained control over the public and not even the FDA can protect or the government is there to protect the citizens. However, it is rather up to each individual to take measures into educating themselves on these unethical and questionable marketing practices in the pharmaceutical industry which have disturbing implications for people's health and safety. It is actually shocking to discover that the pharmaceutical sales representatives have no information concerning the drugs they sell because a majority are actually non-medical students who specialized in some business or even worse political science courses.

The two former sales representatives explain the used to seduce doctors right from Medicine school with food and trips. 4 percent of all drug sales (Dimond). Drug sales for obesity-related illness have been on the rise in America because the doctors keep on pushing patients to buy drugs at the expense of taking other useful and long-term measures such as changing one’s lifestyle. Doctors are no longer concerned with addressing the root cause of the problem but instead are encouraging patients to take medication to suppress the condition and postponed their death rather than advising them on good healthy leaving. For this reason, even the patients have been made to believe that drugs are the solution to every health condition. , which is not the case.
