Green is visionary being able to predict the direction in which the market is going and develop related ideas on what he thinks should be the future for the company. He is an ambitious person presenting himself as flexible to what is practical and achievable when making decisions but doesn’t want to commit himself to developing and following a detailed plan in achieving his goals. Green is an individualistic he likes to work independently without considering the output of others. He has a liberal work style and considers to do what he most appropriate efficiently and effectively. This is evident from the software project he is working on which he thinks that the company should cooperation being reliable cultivating a good working relationship paying attention to the his priorities concerns and working style because as my boss he his responsible to the top management of the company. All would equally strive to get his approval for plans and ambitions should bring him on bring and work for a common purpose. In the event that none of all that is fruitful I would turn to finding a new job as the last measure due to the mortgage and to be soon delivered furniture concerns for Green. This is if I fail to meet the McDonalds expectations because if the situation continue to escalate beyond the current situation being fired would be inevitable and this will have consequences on my future employment and career prospects.
