Impacts of touristification

There are noticeable changes in the way tourists interact with other city people and how this generally impacts on the lives of people as is described in the paper. To begin with, the aspect of globalization has brought about many changes to the lives of people, especially in urban areas. First, there is an increased traffic of people flocking urban cities either from rural areas or other countries. Globalization in its part has necessitated the need for free movement of capital and labor across borders expanding the tutelage of the urban population. Consequently, as people strive towards realizing better living standards, this has enhanced stiff competition for working places, residential areas and other social amenities within the cities. This means that a city could suffer as a result of this putting already unaware people at a risk of contracting a disease.
