Ethics & corporate social responsibility essay

Business school students require training and proper reasoning more than any other students. The inclusion of ethics subjects and more recently the CSR model into MBA programs can be viewed as a way of widening the outlook and increasing their professional capabilities as future managers while making responsible decisions. The principal philosophical concept and their applicability to business should be understood. When promoting various elective courses, some programs within MBA tend to subscribe to the idea that “bigger is better. ” However, this is not the case. Such programs include applied ethics, Bioethics, and philosophy of ethics. Business ethics and CSR courses are among the best that MBA students should take. Most skills can be learned on the job, but the best way of dealing with people can never be ignored.
