The rule by Czar was overthrown and a new government which was headed by Lenin was formed. The cold war started immediately after the Second World War came to an end which was also the end of Hitler’s rule. In 1945 the United States of America attacked Japan as a way of showing that it was a super power but it was encountered by USSR and this of the situation and until now a larger portion of the country’s current wealth is owned by less than 15 tycoons. Therefore only a few Russians enjoyed from this situation as more than 50% of the country’s population was living below the poverty line.
