Students Loans Should Be Forgiven

However, a decision by the government to ensure student loans forgiveness will be the first approach towards increasing the economic consumption of a particular state. This is because forgiving of the loan will act as a stimulus upon the students; the funds will be used in paying for educational services thus ensuring better employment opportunities (Deming, 2018). Upon, employment, the salaries they earn is therefore used in carrying various economic activities such as in investment activities hence enabling economic growth of the country after a couple of years. Starting life with debt after college life is not a good thing; therefore, a decision by the state to eradicate these loan payments will help them design strategies that will enable economic growth rather than using their low earned incomes in settling their college debts.

Forgiving college loans upon students will reduce the salary inequality and lack of jobs in the society. The mandated purpose towards a specific action should be guided by helping principles that will intern create a conducive society to live. Conceding the students to pay their loans after graduation will not yield any importance unto them (Harvey, 2016). The economy lacks employment opportunities that may enable the students to pay off their loans after graduation thus forgiving the loans will help reducing strain unto them. Besides, it will be beneficial upon the state since economic consumption and growth is enabled due to investment activities that the students get involved too, after using their small earnings in investment activities and putting their goals the priority.
