Steve Jobs Leadership Skills and the Impact on the Present Society Name Institution Steve Jobs was born in 24th 1955 in San Francisco California. In 1976 he co-founded Apple Inc. later he was ousted. Nevertheless in 1985 due to his exceptional leadership skills he managed to return and rescue it from a point when it was almost becoming bankruptcy (Isaacson 2012). By the time he died in October 2011 the renowned business scholar had been able to build the organization to one of the valuable organizations across the globe. Along the way he managed to express some of the strongest leadership skills that have helped to transform most of the organizations across the globe such as personal computing phones animated movies and many more. His exceptional skill made him be recorded distinct personality traits. He was passionate charismatic open-minded persuasive impulsive and many more (Isaacson 2012). This trend implies that the present leaders should emulate these characteristics and influence the entire progress of the firm. They need to be genuinely driven by the need for not only success but also the perfectness of their products.
