Bill Gate's leadership as a function of power Student’s name Institutional affiliation Date Introduction In an organization leaders are well known as pillars of every activity and more importantly take the responsibility in case such activities failure to be productive. With this responsibility at hand leaders do exhibit different leadership skill through which they communicate their intention and give directions on how employees would execute their tasks. A leader therefore is an individual with outstanding leadership skills that can influence its followers (Platow Haslam & Reicher 2017). In essence these leadership skills are very crucial for both professional and organizational development. As function of management leadership helps workers to maximize their abilities to achieve organizational objective (Northouse 2017). Hence leadership is the process of influencing organizational activities either through formal or informal groups to diligently perform their responsibilities in line with the company's objective (Elkington & Upward 2016 p. thereby distancing himself from using threats that can reduce self-esteem of employees. Moreover his consistent focus on teamwork and philanthropic work have enabled Microsoft to be the most powerful software company in the world. Hence Gates is a good example of a leader who uses leadership as a function of power in managing the organization. Reference Elkington R. & Upward A. (2016). Order Description:

The final assignment in this course is a 5 to 7 page paper following the guidelines below, to be double-spaced and using 12 point font (Arial or Times New Roman). ***MUST BE APA FORMATT*** We have studied a broad range of leadership topics over the past ten weeks. For the final Leadership Paper, please select one person in the stratosphere, which is well enough known to be someone I can research along with you. Meaning, they need to be someone I can at least Google and find some information on rather quickly. The person can be anyone in history, past and present, but must be real. Meaning, you cannot use a character in a fictional story (television, film, etc.). You will need to choose a person who you can connect back to the course. Meaning, you will need to find a person that you are able to recognize as being or having the traits of one section of the course. So, for example, if you think about the case study about the Canadian health provider, the author connected the person there with Servant Leadership. You can pick any area of the course to connect with. Please focus on only one area of the course (NOTE: You can mention other areas but the bulk of the paper should be about a link between one person and one area of the course). The paper should be broken into a few areas: Introduction Biography of the person Theory/Course topic defined Explanation of why you think the two are related/connected Conclusion/Summary It is of course easy to write a lot in the biography section but the bulk of your work should be the section about why you think the two are related/connected. Remember, the point of this paper is to demonstrate your ability to place a person into one area of the course that was reviewed. Get creative but make sure you take the time to find someone who you can very clearly connect to the course. Be sure to use outside sources to write this paper and as well, cite and reference the course textbook. ***MUST BE APA FORMATT***

Amazing! I accidentally gave the wrong due date on the assignment where the true deadline was 2 whole days before what I originally wrote and this writer was still able to be understanding and help me. The assignment was turned in early, when I needed it, despite me offering more money. I would never want to use anyone other than this writer again.
