This arises the need to find a permanent solution that will end or significantly reduce accident or loss cases related to toxic chemicals since the traditional precautions and solutions are not effective enough. This research will aim to find the permanent solution to this problem starting by finding the causes of the problem. The research will include the following questions, is the information given by manufacturers about how to handle and dispose toxic chemicals sufficient? Do employers educate the employees well before allowing them to work with toxic chemicals? Do workers ignore safety measured required to be followed when handling toxic chemicals hence causing accidents? Justification Mishandling toxic chemicals at the workplace is a common accident but its effects are fatal, and in many cases, the accident can lead to deaths.

Although laws and regulations have been set to guide the use and disposal of chemicals, toxic chemical accidents are still being reported all over the world. This research is needed to ensure a way of protecting people who work with toxic chemicals is found before other losses are experienced. The last topic will investigate the role of employees in ensuring they do not cause toxic chemical accidents. Employees may be the cause of these accidents, and this topic will investigate the best method of ensuring employees are not able to harm themselves using toxic chemicals. Preliminary Methodology and Potential Resources. The research will use both descriptive and exploratory research methods to ensure all necessary data needed to make the decision are found.
