Journal Inspired a Shared Vision (Example)

Document Preview:

Inspire a Shared Vision students name institutional affiliation The journey through Christianity has not been an easy task for a majority of the church members. This is because as a follower who is trying to embrace and follow the footsteps of our predecessors there comes a time when challenges are inevitable whether on a personal basis or as an organization. Neither of the two can the challenges be termed to be fairly or lighter challenges are challenges whether it is an individual who is experiencing them or an organization. Having started an organization back in school dubbed as “touching a life” we met this struggle of raising funds so that to power our Christian activities which revolved around spreading the gospel is going to be a better place as more heart will have been touched and converted to serving Him the Holy one. In order to propel this mantle I seek to have more members to my organization who together just as Betty Been will help in the salvation process by dedicating our time and energies to delivering the word. Just as Betty took over a morale collapsed organization I look forward to members who are ready to take over the morally collapsed world and ready to improve it for the better (Kouzes & Posner 2006).
