I attended Parramatta Local Court on 18th December 2018 at 9. 30 a. m. and sat through the driving-while-suspended case. The case involved a male defendant who was being prosecuted for driving while he had been previously suspended from driving. The judge ruled a penalty that required Ahmed to serve 50 hours of community services at his local Salvation Army. Also, the judge added a one-year suspension of his driving license. Reflections Played by Judge, Police, and Witness Basically, the role of the Judge was effectively executed. The judge applied the law that helped in settling the dispute presented in court. Argumentatively, there was no judicial misconduct as the defendant had a case file that stated he had violated driving rules before1. In this case, the witness was not put into witness protection since there were no threats poised on them.
