Court visit and reflective report

I attended Parramatta Local Court on 18th December 2018 at 9. 30 a. m. and sat through the driving-while-suspended case. The case involved a male defendant who was being prosecuted for driving while he had been previously suspended from driving. The judge ruled a penalty that required Ahmed to serve 50 hours of community services at his local Salvation Army. Also, the judge added a one-year suspension of his driving license. Argumentatively, there was no judicial misconduct as the defendant had a case file that stated he had violated driving rules before1. In this case, the witness was not put into witness protection since there were no threats poised on them.
