Timeline The implementation is expected to last 3months. In the first two months, we will focus on obtaining consents from the hospital administration, the local authorities, the government, and any other stakeholder. The next step which will require one month will involve a restructuring of roles within our organization to ensure that the people who will carry out the implementation and execution of the evidenced-based strategy are in the right position. At the same time, skilled and technical experts will be hired to direct the organization on effective strategies of implementing telemedicine. Thirdly, we will allocate one week, for educating the nurses and other interdisciplinary teams on the relevance of the project and how we can prepare for it. The nursing team will develop questioners that will examine the response of the patients.

Aspects that will be measured by the questionnaires include patient perception and readmission rates. The questionnaires will enquire on service delivery, organizational issues, and user experience. Process for Delivering the Intervention Delivering the intervention will require experts to monitor the performance of the equipment (SANDERS & BASHSHUR, 2014). The nurses and physicians will communicate with the patients. Also, allocation of money will cater for transport, presentation, education of the masses, and evaluation process. Additionally, budgeting will also take into consideration 2 technicians who will be hired by the organization Maintain, Extend, Revise, and Discontinue Process evaluation will monitor the success of every stage so that any unsuccessful implementation will be replaced or uninstalled. The outcome of the exercise such as rates of re-admission will provide the basis for any change.
