Purpose of the Capstone Project The school requires the setting up of a computer system that is meant to handle the school’s administrative and financial tasks that will manage the increases in applications, increased demand for after-school care and high workload for the administrative personnel. As an independent systems analyst, working as an IT consultant and specializing in developing IT solutions for small business, it is the aim of the project to develop a computer system to handle the tasks Meeting and sitting down with the involved parties Sitting down with Victoria, who is the director and Kathy, with the aim of asking them questions that might help determine the type of information system they need. This part provides the involved personnel within the organization and their roles within Berkeley Elementary, and they include people such as Susan Brown, the vice principal, Michele Madrid, the administrative assistant, eleven full-time teachers and six part-time aftercare teachers.
