The main theories include situational, trait, behavioral and the contingency leadership theories3. These theories have been crucial in many studies about the SMEs. Different researchers, professors, and philosophers have come up with a variety of leadership, theories concerning the organizations. The aim of developing the theories was to cater for the acquisition of organizations to adapt to the accomplishments of the administration thus creating a room to accommodate the circumstances and situations of the firm after considerable changes3. The main idea in the theory is teaching leaders on certain concepts by conditioning them since leaders are not born but made. The theories are grouped into two main categories where there is the category of that deals with the tasks and other based on the people. Therefore, NIKE's managers get trouble when planning for the achievement of aggressive goals3 Secondly, managers of NIKE face the problem when evaluating the measures, they can use to bring out the best that employees of the business enterprise deserve. The problem occurs because some employees have both bad and good days where some affect their control. Due to this, the managers found it difficult to produce the best output for the employees in the firm since every employee has different tastes and preferences.

Therefore, it is a great challenge to the managers since they lack appropriate skills and expertise to learn what to do to provide the best for their employees in NIKE. Thirdly, managers in the firm encounter problems when dealing with the employees who underperform in the organization. The first leadership style used is autocratic leadership. It is specifically centered on the boss of the organization. The leader is said to be responsible for all the authority in the firm. As a result, the manager makes appropriate decisions without consulting the subordinate staff of the SMEs. After making the decisions, the leader then implements them by communicating to the other members of the firm1. Consequently, the good leadership terms for the corporation are delivered using appropriate strategies.

Analysis of the skills and knowledge in NIKE The knowledge and skills of the leaders and the managers of the corporation are essential in different ways. For instance, they help in the managing the programs of the company. The aim is to enhance effective change in the stress of the practical and operational challenges created by the organization style. For instance, the managers and leaders have the knowledge to understand the problems which might arise in the operations of the company. Similarly, the leaders have the knowledge to hire the employees who can bring a positive change to the corporation. Therefore, skills and knowledge in the business firms are useful as they promote effective success and achievement of objectives in the company to avoid instances of failure and closure.
