Hence, this influences the position of women at the workplaces. In recent decades, the objective of reducing gender discrimination has held a prominent position in national strategy reports and in the international organizations. The international organizations reflect the worldwide attention to the matter of gender discrimination against women at workstations (Bobbitt-Zeher, 2011). It has been providing the push for the government to abolish gender inequality at the workstation. Gender inequality is not propagated entirely through disparity access and control over the substantial resources at the workstations. The study is based on understanding the social, political, and economic aspects influencing gender equality at various workstations. The approach is about recording interviews, examining, and trying to uncover the deeper meaning and importance of individual experience and behavior, comprising contradictory emotions, behaviors, and beliefs.

A qualitative approach will be concerned with acquiring the complex and rich understanding of individuals experience towards gender discriminations. The research will be conducted and narrowed down to one African state and results will be based on interviews, and review of the literature. In order to collect qualitative information, a small number of 100 respondents will be interviewed and the opinions analyzed. State University of New York Empire State College, 2012.
